A HANDS-ON AGRICULTURE ADVENTURE FOR 2ND AND 3RD GRADE STUDENTS

Step into The Barn with Howdy, the Youth Fair’s friendly freckle-faced agriculture ambassador, for a unique, interactive field trip where students get an up-close look at the plants, animals, and people that make up South Florida’s agricultural community.

Led by students from local agriculture programs, Howdy Tours are designed to introduce young learners to the world of farming and food in a gentle, engaging way. Students will rotate through interactive stations, meet live animals, and explore where our food really comes from—all inside The Barn at the Youth Fair.

2026 TOUR DATES

All tours take place from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM during Fair non-operating hours:

• Monday, March 16, 2026
• Tuesday, March 17, 2026

HOW TO REGISTER

Spots are limited and fill up quickly! Early registration is highlight encouraged. Email exhibits@fairexpo.com to reserve your spot. Registered teachers will receive a pre-tour educational packet to help prepare students for their visit. Every student receives a Howdy souvenir to take home!
